We had another shared education session with Glasswater PS today and learned how to look after our community and shared spaces by making sure litter is always put in the bin. We had a fantastic talk given by Rebecca from our local council offices. She explained the importance of disposing of our rubbish correctly and how this keeps us, and the wildlife around us, safe from harm 🚮 ♻️
We then split into two groups to collect litter around Crossgar village using our litter pickers, and managed to collect several bags of rubbish within the space of an hour! Absolutely fantastic work P5!! 🌟 Then we finished off our day with some fun in the sun at a litter-free play park 🛝 ☀️
