Today P5 and P6 had a fun and lively visit from the Dairy Council 🥛. They delivered an exciting session that taught us how to make healthy choices 🍎 and stay active 💪. We learned why a balanced diet is important and how dairy foods can help keep us healthy 🧀. Everyone joined in with a brilliant rap 🎤 that got us moving and smiling! 😄 It was a great way to help us remember good habits while having lots of fun 🌟.
