Our new Hyrox After School Club with Healthy Kidz got off to an amazing start this week – and wow, what a session!
The kids jumped straight into action, trying out fun fitness challenges like weighted squats, burpees and lots of running. 🏃♂️🏃♀️There was lots of laughter, teamwork, and cheering each other on. It was great to see so many smiles!😁
We’re already counting down to next week’s session. Big thanks to Healthy Kidz for bringing the energy and making fitness so much fun! ⭐️ There are still spaces for children to sign up.
