P5 had a fantastic school trip with Glasswater PS today. First, we visited Down Railway Station in Downpatrick, where P5 learnt some interesting information and facts about trains from the curator Neil Hamilton 🚂 P5 had so much fun dressing up in old-fashioned clothes and exploring the old steam trains on display.
Our next stop was Inch Abbey where we enjoyed a lovely picnic together in the sunshine ☀️ before having a walk-and-talk through what would have been the ancient rooms of the Abbey, led by Clive Scoular ⛪️
