π Childrenβs Mental Health Week Highlights π
This week we have been celebrating Children’s Mental Health Week, focusing on the theme: “This Is My Place.”
Throughout the week, pupils explored what it means to feel safe, valued, and confident in the places that matter to them — at school, at home, and in their community.
During our assembly, we discussed:
- π What makes a place feel safe and special
- π How we can help others feel welcome and included
- π Why it’s important to be ourselves and to create spaces where everyone belongs
To mark the end of Children’s Mental Health Week, we celebrated “Come As Yourself Day” today!
Pupils and staff came to school wearing their own clothes to celebrate individuality, confidence, and the importance of being exactly who you are.
The school was filled with bright colours, favourite outfits, and big smiles — a lovely reminder that everyone belongs and that being yourself is something to be proud of.
