Mindfulness May - Brain Breaks

In May, we are learning all about mindfulness and discovering ways that we can look after our minds as well as our bodies.

Meditation, yoga, mindful listening and body scanning are great ways to spend our brain breaks as they relax us and help us to stay focused.

Recently, we discovered a much more entertaining way to spend 10 minutes in class during our brain breaks.
